Amy works with people who feel depressed, anxious, stuck, lost, overwhelmed, or shut down. This includes those navigating suicidal thoughts or urges, or engaging in high-risk behaviors.
Amy works with adults, as well as teens (age 13 and above). She intentionally creates space that is trauma-informed and affirming of all parts of you, and is open to folks who are LGBTQIA+, disabled, and/or neurodivergent.
She is engaged in extensive training and consultation in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT). She is also certified in Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) for adults and teens. She understands the innate connection between our thoughts, the feelings in our bodies, and our natural environment. Her practice often involves noticing this connection.
